2x Habitat and Storage Capacity
Generalize the Habitat and Storage capacity of modules, and increase it to 2x the capacity. This is to help players that has one or many huge stations, to not need so many more modules extra, to be build which put the frame rate to wack. Also will help players with a mining and trading goals in mind to have space at a AI stations for them, including large orders made at shipyards which seems to never have space for the resources of the those large orders made to them.
