Mikado Repaint Pack Part 1
Background
The Mikado was one of the most common steam locomotives in service in the US during the early 20th century but we already knew that. This mod is pretty straight forward, we needed more early American steam and the Mikado needed some updating so through the power of imagination and harassment of the meatman I present you the first part in a series of Mikado shenanigans.
Whats inside the magic box?
- 5 liveries (ERIE, CB&Q, BO, UP, and NKP) and one generic black Mikado.
- Updated sound files.
- Important model updates including addition of missing pieces from the locomotive that was in the vanilla model.
- Fancy Shmansy meatball lights.
- Added front couplers, and updated rear coupler to MCs (Huge shoutout to him and the amazing work hes done for the NA Modding community).
Q&A
- Wheres <insert railroad here>? Well as stated above this is the first part of a series of Mikado repaints but I would be glad to hear any suggestions for repaints that I could add to the list for the future.
- What about railroads that used cylindrical water tenders instead of the more common tender? Eventually I intend to do the water tenders
- Where can I report a bug or issue? The comments section would be a good place to start
