Speed Up
My attempt to reduce game lag on older PCs through some aggressive optimizations.

– disabled collision checks with asteroids if a ship is moving very slowly, standing still, is already a wreck.
– surface area calculations for ship shards are less frequent
– boarding area calculations in EVA screen are a lot less frequent, no more deadly lag while boarding ships with EVA suit!
– Freelancer faction flotillas are updating a little less frequently.
