Balcone
Introducing: The Clown Gone Astray, Balcone, a formerly famous preformer who now is rumoured to lurk around the dark-back alleys of Julesvale.
Balcone is a highly mobile, combo focused character, with the unique property of not being able to stop jumping.
Specials Summarised:
NSpecial: Hoop Toss- Balcone creates an Aerial Hoop, an Aerial Hoop can boost Forward and Up Special and prevents pratfalling.
FSpecial: Pounce- Balcone charges up a tackling command grab, pressing special again makes her preform said tackling command grab.
USpecial: Spinning Trick- Balcone does… something that makes her spin upwards. It doesn’t deal damage and doesn’t go too far without an Aerial Hoop.
DSpecial: Pin Down- Balcone pulls out some bowling pins and smashes them on the floor, though, unlike most bowling pins, these pins turn into moving piles of… something? where did these pins come from???
