Modernize tech as anyone without a decent tech group
Natives to the Americas, Polynesia, and Aboriginals all reform to high american, or they can reform the way all the others do, by changing their religion and modernizing to a tech group based on their religion
You cannot reform to anatolian or western tech, I though that we get too unbalanced
Also the ai will not take these reforms, just because i didn’t want to mess with balance beyond the player’s control that much
should be compatible with any mod that actually uses the base game tech groups and religious groups, this mod only adds the decisions
