Description:

(DO NOT REUPLOAD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!)

The Cincinnati Chicago & Pacific (CC&P) is MY fictional railroad, which also owns two other companies, the Seattle Portland & Eastern (SP&E), and the Maryland Northwestern Railroad (MNWR). These other two railroads are also MY fictional railroads in the same CC&P Universe.

History: By 1932, the Cincinnati Chicago & Pacific (CC&P) faced a horsepower crisis. The P3x 4-6-4 steam locomotives could not make up for the longer express trains racing across the system, so the CC&P leased some PRR M1a’s and within weeks of the lease, the CC&P ordered 50 4-8-2’s for the railroad, built between 1933-1935. These would be classified as O1’s. They were numbered from 6700 – 6749. They were eventually replaced by the slightly larger R1 4-8-4’s that were based on the O1’s in 1943. The O1’s and R1’s would serve the Cincinnati Chicago & Pacific until the CC&P ended steam in 1960.

Number 6700 was specially painted in the CC&P’s home colors of blue and light almond. It was named after the City of Cincinnati, where the CC&P has been headquartered since 1894.

Instructions: Shift + L + 3 will give the 6700 the canon pilot that it had in service
