you tired of the fatigue system?
the morale system?
the sighs* pikes uselessness?
the cav speed?
and much more?
well look no more this is a minor compiltaion i’ve put together that helps to put all these issues to rest. with some personal tweaks of my own i can say i love the way i have this mod and maybe you will too.

i tend to tweak some stuff often so think of this as a work in progress. maybe one day ill be happy with a configuration.
this means im happy to take suggestions and make tweaks by popular demand as well. comments are welcome.

DETAILS:
Pikes are strong from the front but start praying to the gods when they get flanked or get hit with missiles. (also not sure why but my pikes are really strong against formation attack and tend to be a bit weaker againt units like oathsworn and noble fighters..weird)

cav are no longer snails in any way (charge speed, run speed, acceleration)

cav charges pack a bigger punch (sword infantry BE scared)

fatigue is closer to that of attila. (resting your men will actually be noticeable)

morale is far more important now. (FLANKS AND FATIGUE ARE EVERYTHING, and generals too. keep them alive)

units actually rally (no more broken units never coming back.)

spacing is differentiated based on unit types. (greek units like to stay close, i can fix it but i actually like it, shows difference between fcultural fighting styles)

horse archers rejoice ( buffed a little bit to make them relevent. looking at you parthia)

the more experienced an archer is, the more bonus they get. (the cretans will hurt)

larger and closer deployment zones ( no starting 1 million miles away anymore)

arrow and javelins have an inacuracy to them (Tried to make them like medieval 2 arrows)

hoplites get a vs cavalry bonus and a small vs infantry when in hoplite phalanx (now hoplites can get wrecked slower by swords, and wreck cavalry with ease. so now they are a true holding force for your flanking troops)

the base files in the mod are from here if you want the original versions from the original creators.
NOTE: I changed quite a lot of the stats that are in the original files so expect differences.
