Description:

The Water Bottle is a 3 room charge active item that heals half a red heart and reduces tear rate by 25% for the current room.

Quite useful in greed mode or with items that can increase your chage like habit, since then it can build up charge without you leaving the room and you can stack the effect.

Water bottle won’t push tear rate below 2.
