Lore of Art of War – Tiny rework on Lord Magistrate and Cathayan Army [EN]

Redesigned Lord Magistrate, and a minor modification on the mechanic of Cathayan army. Inspired by Art of War —– Sun Tzu. Six unique Army Abilities were created, cooperating with the new Cathayan army mechanics
1. Cathayan army can now collect Supplies during any types of battle
a. The initial value is always Zero, 1 Supply is collected upon kill, and 1 Supply is generated per sec
b. You don’t gain extra Supplies in Dom/Siege(As defender) battle
c. Victory point will generate extra Supplies upon first occupation as Attacker in Siege battles
2. A description about the supply mechanics is added for Cathay upon faction-pick in the fronted UI
3. Lord Magistrate can unlock Lore of Art of War, including 6 Army Abilities, through skills
4. The abilities are unlocked over Strategist and Grand Strategist
5. Each ability in Lore of Art of War will consume Supplies upon cast
Lord Magistrates are the master of tactics, they are capable of distributing battlefield resources to his army and win the battle
Art of War: Wind
• Effect: Boost the mobility of the units in target area
• Usage: Flanking or Charging
• Cost: 250 Supplies
• Unlock By: Strategist
Art of War: Lin
• Effect: Recover the HP, ammo and fatigue, reduce the ability of attacking
• Usage: Recover and defense
• Cost: 500 Supplies
• Unlock By: Strategist
Art of War: Huo
• Effect: Calling Cathayan spaceship to drop bombardment
• Usage: AOE damage
• Cost: 1000 Supplies
• Unlock By: Grand Strategist
Art of War: Shan
• Effect: Increase the mass, and make units invincible, but not movable
• Usage: Defense or surrounded
• Cost: 1000 Supplies
• Unlock By: Grand Strategist
Art of War: Lei
• Effect: Calling Cathayan spaceship to fire tracking rocket missile
• Usage: Single target snipe
• Cost: 1000 Supplies
• Unlock By: Grand Strategist
Art of War: Yin
• Effect: Hiding the units from being spotted
• Usage: Flanking, retreating or sniping
• Cost: 100 Supplies
• Unlock By: Strategist
