GTC HD14 Sleeper Cab Semi-Truck
GTC (General Transportation Company) is a manufacturer of consumer and professional grade vehicles, primarily trucks and tractor-trailers. Known for it’s pick-up truck appearances in country music videos, GTC also produces equipment used for heavy-duty transportation. The GTC HD14 is a 14 foot, sleeper cab, and has been produced since 1988, with face-lifts and updates occurring every 3-5 years.
This specific unit is a semi-truck cab, produced in 2011 and outfitted with medium-duty off-road capabilities. Once a trailer is connected to the GTC HD14, the lights and electric elements for the trailer are automatically paired. It is rated safe for towing loads up to 5000 lbs, and provides all the options expected for long haul trips, including GPS, radio, rear camera, and various repair and life-saving equipment. The specific towing modes and gearing allows the driver to manually configure the power settings, allowing for off-road/hill climbing while pulling a trailer.

- On steep slopes, enable the two "High Grip Modes", which will make the truck 6×6
- When the electric front wheel drive is enable, the battery drains quickly, so best to only use when required
- If struggling up-hill, constantly jump between enabling the "heavy load mode", letting the RPS climb into red line and then disabling the mode. It should give it the power kicks it needs to gain ground.
Turn on the "ignition key", turn off the handbrake (centre console) and you’re good to go!
