Roofed Scanning

Just a simple mod that lets you use the Long-Range Mineral Scanner and the Deep Penetrating Scanner while indoors.
Why?
I decided to give Ice Sheets (not Sea Ice!) a try; on my map the temperature is -120F (-84C) for at least half the year. Even with warm clothing it isn’t ideal to have my pawns losing fingers and toes from scanning for hours at a time outside.
Now you can scan from the warmth of inside!. It’s truly a modern miracle.
