Original Description:
Quick Mod I made to cities can be owned by the player / other governments directly. I found it annoying that large cities like London, Paris, or Constantinople were classified as castles, and weren’t cities. And even more annoyed when trying to make a city that I couldn’t make my new capital. So now you can make cities your own capital and own them with no
penalties!
