Arrow keys to drive
This is a concept car that uses logic to drive, henceforth the name Chitekina (intelligent). The key inputs (arrow keys) do not directly connect to any of the chassis components, and are being interpreted by the logic in relation to the speed, direction, distance from ground and angle to ground in order to adapt the chassis in response.
Steering assist
– steers slower at low speeds and faster at high speeds in order to reduce understeer and oversteer
Loop assist
– detects inclines and sticks to terrain if at an angle in order to stick to a loop
Mid-air assist
– extends the distance that can be jumped with a ramp if holding the up arrow while in mid-air
– detects if the car is in free fall and activates the high drag system in order to bring the pilot to a safe landing if not holding any button while in mid-air
Parking assist
-powers wheels slowly when driving backwards and increases steering sensitivity
– allows steering in place for delicate maneuvers by powering the front wheels slightly and locking the back wheels
