Fine art demand fix 1.3.5
Due to the balance changes in 1.3.5, there is currently almost no demand for Fine Art because pops would just buy services instead. This mod reverts to the pop needs values of 1.3.3. Rich pops will still buy more services than in 1.3.3, as I didn’t change the increased pop demand per wealth.
It has already been reported to the devs, but I made this quick for anyone wanting to play before the official fix drops.
