Description:

Ava’s tweaks to artillery. 94077 AUGERAU HOTFIX ammunition loaded and ready.

Arty damage, supression and radious were adjusted (generally higher)

MLRS fire rate increased to (based on the info available in the internet and from my comrades in the army) somewhat realistic values:
Grads 0.5sec/rocket
Uragan and Smerch = 1s/r and 1.2s/r
M270 is not changed, it is 3s/r
LARS 2 0.33sec/r
Buratino: 0.5s/r

New changes:
MLRS dispersion adjusted a bit further (mainly Grad)
M270 is now shooting 3 rockets per salvo (it still has 12 in total). Now you won’t spend all that ammo at one squad.
Malka now has 1 salvo (2 rounds total) of cluster AP ammunition instead of 2 HE rounds. Be warned – they shoot those first, so if you don’t want cluster ammo to be shot – turn it off. Can be resupplied by usual means, but more expensive.
It’s not shown in the armory, but it has 6 AP. You’ll have to trust Ivan on this one.

French resistance blew up cluster ammunition storage (I cannot make them work with the old code), so no more cluster ammo for Malka.
