This is the 2nd Add-On Mod for my EU4 MODERN DAY MOD found here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2864578729

It removes the wasteland provinces of the old map. Certain are given to neaby nations while others are waiting to be colonized.
