DISCLAIMER: i do not own any of these assets, the GFS assets longs to supershinx, and the PRR M1 assets belongs to Missy, if they requested me to take this down, then i will.

History
The MT-2’s are 4-8-2 Mountain Type Steam Locomotive built by the Railroads own shops in 1933, 10 were produced, which numbered 3220 through 3229, they were equipped with the skyline casing for the Las Navadan Starlights and to replace the 4-6-2 P-3’s, which they having trouble at curves at Indiana when pulling the Long Distance Train called the Moonset Limited, which at ran from Nevada to Indiana, in 1956 they were resign for commute service. they will kept this assignment until they were retired between 1958 & 1959, all of them were scrapped, but one wheel from a MT-2 was saved from being scrapped, no. 3223’s left drive axle wheels was saved before being scrapped, the wheel was donated to the California State Railroad Museum where it resides today.
