Wheel of Progress
God gave us free will and with it the wheel of progress had begun to spin.
The wheel of progress since then has never stopped.
And while there is life and free will, it will never stop.
This mod removes the "Ahead of Time” tech malus.
It also increses the influence pool from 500 to 1000 and the military experience pool from 200 to 500.
It also changes the amount of pops need to have 1 extra building slot from 10 to 5.
Uncompatible mods (That I know of) that don’t work with this mod in any loading order unless you snip the code that breaks things:

Now don’t be discouraged! It’s really easy to snip the right code, just do:
Click play on Imperator
Go on Playsets
Select the listed mods and click on ”Show in Folder”
Go into the ”common” folder, then the "defines” folder and open their respective ”defines.txt”
Cut the following lines of the code:
TECH_ENTRY_YEARS = [value]
TECH_AHEAD_OF_TIME = [value]
TECH_BEHIND_OF_TIME = [value]
Save the .txt file and done! All in order.
