Description:

Industrial Area partially inspired by a harbor location from Namalsk map.

Needs to be placed on a flat surface in Editor.
Turn vertical mode and surface snapping off for it to look as intended.
Size: ~200x200m
Most of the objects have their simulation & damage disabled.
Buildings with doors are left untouched.
