Improved Imperial Cohorts
A mod that overhauls the look of Roman units after you research Professional Soldiery, and a few other visual changes.
Units affected:
– Legionary Cohort: equipped with a variant of the lorica segmenta and short trousers, and new bronze/iron helmets
– Evocati Cohort: new shield texture and plumed helmets
– Eagle Cohort: new shield texture and helmet
– Auxiliary Infantry: new shield texture and diverse skins (Roman, Greek, and Eastern)
– Auxiliary Cavalry: new shield texture and diverse skins (Roman, Greek, and Eastern)
– Legionary Cavalry: new scaled armor, different helmet, and now use the Spatha sword
– Legatus: new armor, shield, and helmet
– Leves: now they have hair!
– Velites: new shield texture
No stats are changed; this is a purely visual overhaul
