Sorry for the delayed update, I’ll try to be more prompt next update.
This mod should allow you to form a Peasant Republic if you have one of the following government types:
Oligarchy
Merchant Republic
Italian Signoria
Plutocracy
Venetian Government
Prussian Republic
Pirate Republic
Noble Elite
Ambrosian Republic
Veche Republic
American Republic
Federal Republic
Dutch Republic
As well as quite a few others.
This mod should is compatible with most republican government types available in the "Government’s Expanded" mod. I did this by editing the "02_government_reforms_republics.txt", so this should be compatible with most other mods that do not touch this file. I haven’t done extensive play testing so let me know if there are issues and I will attempt to resolve them.
