This is Ness
Okay!
Almost all his material is based on SSB64. Some other elements are inspired by his other iterations throughout Smash. He’s a mostly vanilla character with a lil bit of spice here and there. Pretty simple overall
Up B – Flying Man
Neutral B – Ness’ PK Fire; Sloooow fire. Angles downwards while in air. Weak, but stuns opponent for a bit
Side B – Lucas’ PK Fire; Goes farther and straight ahead both ways. Hits hard
Down B – Triad Thunder; Send electric orbs from both sides! Can only be used while grounded
Normals – All, uhhh, normal. Taken from various SSB titles, 64 mostly.
The character has not been playtested in an actual person-to-person setting at all, and as such, balance may vary. He could be broken (good), broken (bad), or broken (dysfunctional)
The sprites were essentially "hand-drawn", drawn with a pen and not made like anyone would normally make sprites. Kinda messy, but it works for me! Also, a good portion of them were made a year or more ago, so uh, my b
