Replace Battleship.Cheaper than battleship.More Combat And Anti Air Combat.Great Admiral points for killing units.

Chinjufu:
Replace harbor.
product more gold and +2 Admiral Points, +1 Great Engineer, Great Merchant Point.
Can defend like City Center or Encampment.
