Description:

This mod adds additional positive effects for germs that are commonly desinfected on sight. This should encourage players to design more risky systems to get bonus resources. Now germ sensors have more uses, diseases are not always eradicated and if you are not careful enough – you might experience dangerous outbreaks.

Effects

-When harvested, Mealwood exposed to Food Poisoning provides up to 20% more Meal Lice.
-When harvested, Dusk Cap exposed to Slimelung exhales up to 2kg of Polluted Oxygen.
-All Slicksters exposed to Zombie Spores excrete up to 20% more liquids.
-When harvested, Bog Bucket exposed to Food Poisoning provides up to 20% more Bog Jelly.
-Kelp Pacu exposed to Food Poisoning excrete up to 20% more algae. (see "Pacu Morphs" mod)
-Opulent Drecko exposed to Slimelung excrete up to 20% more metal. (see "Drecko Morphs" mod)
-Smoggy Puft exposed to Zombie Spores excrete up to 20% more coal. (see "Puft Morphs" mod)
-Pincha Pepper produces extra hot peppers to fight of surrounding germs.

All bonus effects scale with amount of germs they are exposed to, with maximum bonus reached when there are 100k or more germs on the subjects or in their environment. For example, slicksters will provide 10% oil when exposed to 50k Zombie Spores and Dusk Caps will provide 200g of Polluted Oxygen when there are 10k Slimelung Germs around.

Future Development

If anything will be added to the game that would fit the idea behind this mod I will gladly add more symbiotic relations. Radiation sickness is number 1 of potential candidates in the future, but I’m not discarding possibility for other changes as well.
