Tread’s Character Edit Tools [41.66+]
This mod allows editing a few extra options in "Edit Stats" window. The window is a Native debug tool available in debug mode (SP) and to admins in MP games. It allows editing player skill levels, traits and XP. Nonetheless, it lacked some options, which were sometimes requested.
Namely Kill Count and Time Survived were ineditable and losing them after (especially bugged) death killed the feeling of progression for some players. Kill Count is also a meaningful value when using mods like Become Desensitized.
Mod works both in SP and MP. It also should be safe to add and remove mid-game.
If you encounter bugs, crashes etc. PLEASE report them – it is the only way I can fix them. Downvoting or not giving details does not help. Bugs might happen and I will gladly fix all I can. I just have to know about the problem at all.
- All options work in SP and MP (in debug and for MP admins),
- Change "Zombies Killed" number,
- Change "Hours Survived" value
I am not a professional programmer, experienced modder nor hardcore Zomboid gamer. I made the mod for myself and server I play on. Since nothing like it existed I place it on Steam Workshop. I will try to update the mod from time to time and fix any bugs found. Nonetheless I do not promise I will have time and skill to do it on any regular basis. Please do report any bugs found!
