Fully compatible with Kissy Longlegs!

Adds a chance that after clearing the room or encountering a good item, Sissy Longlegs will start dancing! By default, the chance of a regular dance is 20% and the chance of a rainbow dance is 2%, but you can configure everything in Mod Config Menu!
