[2.3] No Boarding Penalty
Removes the ‘structural damages’ penalty incurred from taking enemy ships; the penalty prevents passive repairs and highly reduces ship value (less resources returned). Now you can scrap the ships you take for full value, or fully repair using mechanics or repair turrets. No warranty, use at own risk. I revoke all rights to this file, use as you see fit.
