Description:

This is a project that took me awhile, to get to the level of weapon making that I could verify that the mod actually worked, and also to get my head around how the weapon crafting worked.

You will need to spend time, a lot of time having your character make weapons. But you can get in a groove and it becomes easier as you go. Also you are going to need all the researches done first and all the weapon grades and weapon smithing benches crafted. One for each level. I went straight to three and there were things I couldn’t see, and couldn’t build and didn’t know why. But those things were on the other benches. So, have a basic bench, a weapons level 2 bench and a
level 3 weapons bench.

Also get the books for the research, and Ancient books as well. And I think for the Edgewalkers you are going to need an AI core to unlock it.

The Hung smithing will take 3 Ancient Books. But the books and ancient books and even the ai core I think you can find in stores, so you just buy them. They are expensive, so you will probably need a few other workers that are making money for that while your main character is making swords and bows. 🙂

Also, get all your supplies built up. Lots of raw iron, iron plates and fabrics, also steelbars you will need to build the weapons.

I added a Hung Hai Crossbow as well, which wasn’t in the original mod, but I thought it might be cool. Also I’m thinking of adding a Hung armor in the second version.

Of course this requires the Hung Blacksmith mod. I’ll get the url for the mod and post it here below.
So, that is it for now, hope you like it, and oh, I almost forgot. The start for this is as a modern inheiritor of the Hung dynasty skills. You wander into the Hub with two Hung blades on your hip and back (so you start with the blades you are setting out to make) 🙂 and start your business, building weapons. They don’t have to all be world class, but you will get there eventually.

Oh, buy one of the shacks and set it up and start. You’ll probably need another shack later.

It took me 84 in game days and three months in real life and then to get my character up to level 100 in weapon crafting. It takes awhile, but it sure is nice when your character can make things and be good at it, so, when you are tired, just look forward to that and keep making those swords and crossbows. 🙂

Take care,
Teal
