Description:

I have been playing deficient characters lately, and finding that over time I can come back from even pretty dire situations. Usually it means staying low, getting food and staying away from animals and people pretty much.

So, I thought, what if I could come up with something that was more difficult to come back from?
Say, cripple arm? Crippled leg, low dexterity and no athletics? What if it took forever to heal? What if you took just as much damage but had to wait months to heal? I’d certainly have to stay away from people and animals then.
I also took the heal rate out of the camp bed. Not THE camp bed, just the one I added to the start called camp bed – no heal. So, definitely got to be careful. 🙂 If you are up to the task grab the mod and get dropped into the holy nations ruin In Skimmer’s Roam and try to make a life. Try to stay alive or make it out alive. 🙂 It is a nice little challenge and is really nice when you can make it out, or heal all the way.
But be careful, you can still get damaged pretty easy, and it still will take a long, long time to heal back.
Good luck out there.

p.s.

version 2 takes out the heals for the first aid kits and the beds and camp beds. Also the splint kits. So, no heal in this one.
Except maybe there is something still in the game that heals just a tiny little bit that I might have overlooked. 🙂
You could ignore that if you are the hard core type. Or you could just not say anything when you find it and don’t tell anyone you are using it to heal, because everyone else in the game (NPC’s) can’t heal either. 🙂

Use whichever version you feel inclined, or not. Or have fun trying to get through a new run.

version 3 adds the skeletons repair kits to the no heal group. 🙂
