Faa and the Conqueror’s Sword
There is something about an underpowered player, with an overpowered sword. 🙂 But there is also a story here. Faa, a runaway that has come to the Waystation in the Stenn desert found a sword, an UN-believable sword in a ruin. And it changes the young runaway wannabe underpowered and overimaginative youngster into something else.
In the first playthrough I ran across the Shek exiles south of the waystation, and thought I would try out the sword. When attacked I waylayed with one blow the Bone Warrior. But it was only a test to see what the sword would do. I didn’t have the heart to take the warriors stuff and leave, So, I just quit and reloaded and didn’t go down to the exile camp the next time. I made a camp out in the desert and waited for bandits. 🙂
Anyway, it is overpowered, but the newbie is only a stat 10, so it balances. And is not meant to be serious. Just a kid with a dream sort of playthrough. 🙂
