Note about DataLink/UpLink: DataLink is attached to all Satellites. The Comms Sat only has the DataLink. It can be jammed by ground based jammers. The range is ~1/2 of the earth so it doesn’t take more than 2-3 Sats to achieve total coverage with no dead spots. The Coms Satellite is cheaper, but has no optics. Certain high tech weapons (SLAM-ER, Skyfall) need DataLink coverage in order for them to work properly. These units will show a red notification and message on the unit if this is the case and coverage is lost. Sometimes the coverage is there but the notification takes some time to reset. You will notice this on the Bunker sometimes. Uplink (building) connects to DataLink on Satellites to buff the range of the Command Bunker. If the NC2 Transmission is less than 2500 on the Command Bunker (Radar & Weapon do the same thing), the Uplink is severed and the range will only be 300 for the boost given to Silos. This system allows Silos to be moved away from the Command Bunker as long you have the proper Communications Network. In order for Skyfall to fire it’s secondary warheads, SLAM-ER to hit with any accuracy, Drones to have normal radar range and accuracy, DataLink coverage must be present at the time of firing. I am trying to make this system crash drones when lost, but that will be in a future update.

Note about drone detection: Arial drones that have the RCS/Terrain mapping upgrade are impossible to shoot down and detect without the proper radar/weapons research. This is a WIP. Please give me feedback on this system. Perhaps it is OP but there is a lot of research required to achieve this level of stealth so hopefully if someone is using it, they will be vulnerable somewhere else, or maybe attack their DataLink Satellites? I am considering requiring the launch building for the drones to have UpLink coverage to launch the drones at all, making attacking UpLink a way to knock drones offline. Note about Ghost Teams: They can be made undetectable by anything other than Propaganda Towers and units that have Counter-Intel Radar (Counter Intel Teams). To achieve this Stealth feature, research Thermal Camo. This also makes airfields harder to detect. Turning on their Hack weapon will cause buildings to stop functioning including Silo, SAM, Radar, Uplinks, and other buildings.

Command Bunkers host NC2 transmission (weapon modifier). When this is in range of your silos and SAM sites, it will buff them. Silos fire slightly slower but 2 missiles at once (excluding MIRV & False Warhead MIRV). The ALC Aircraft (requires AWACS) is to be hovered over SSBNs allowing them to volly fire 6 missiles reload then fire 6 more. The time between firing is longer than normal but you can fire 6 at once, allowing to fire and relocate.

Single Player Mode: I have included 4 AI Profiles that use the new weapons and will wait to go nuclear for up to ~ 4 hours. This causes performance drops on less powerful PCs sometimes. You aren’t meant to get every tech unlocked. You should have enough time to get a defense setup and go nuclear with this AI system. The AI focuses heavy on defending due to this but it does make for a decent challenge. If you want ‘easier’ AI that attacks earlier use the AI Mod by Rushyo below.
