Trajann’s Barthuum, Sentinel of Precision
The newest addition to my Sentinel lineup, Barthuum!
If you couldn’t tell, he’s a bone giant, and so naturally has an affinity for ranged firepower. Wielding a massive bow, he can fire a single bolt, or a spread-shot. This allows him to deal with both single targets, or large groups of infantry. He also comes with the ability to negate incoming ranged damage, as well as power up friendly ranged constructs. He focuses on bone giants and ushabti great bows, providing various buffs and abilities to both. His combat stats aren’t anything stand out, but even still, as a giant stone construct he can hold his own. He is meant to be the ultimate artillery piece, sitting in the back and picking off enemy units before they reach your front lines. Once he’s fully kitted out, he becomes a true ranged nightmare. He comes with his own skill dump that grants bone giant capacity. He is available for the 4 major Tomb Kings factions, and is added to the Tomb Prince recruit pool.
He also comes with a unique Regiment of Renown, Barthuum’s Blind Guardians. It’s a unit of two bone giants, with increased health and the guardian ability. Stick these guys beside Barthuum and you’ll have an unbreakable position of firepower. They are unlocked at level 28 and benefit from bone giant tech.
That concludes the third entry into my Tomb Kings Sentinel project. Next up will likely be the sentinel for the tomb scorpion.
