Description:

This mod increases the Citizen Loyalty pressure cap and City State/Free City base strength, which should make it easier to flip smaller cities without affecting City States and Free Cities too much.

– Major Civs pressure cap increased to +/-30 (default +/-20)
– City States base strength increased to +30 (default +20)
– Free Cities base strength increased to +20 (default +10)
– Updated Loyalty lens and Civilopedia tooltip text so it matches the tweaked gameplay
