Albatross-IGS
CV Class 3, RE Core 9, Unlock Level 25 – Reforged Eden

The Albatross-Imperial Gun Ship was made for this months Anvil challenge. It is a light weight maneuverable shield dependent combat CV set up to be ready for action without needing additional upgrades. However some additional upgrades can be done as well.
Vanilla Players – The Albatross-IGS is designed for Reforged Eden and does include RE only parts like positron turrets, shield parts, advanced warp drive, CPU configuration, and long range radar. If these parts were removed and replaced with vanilla parts when possible, no other parts should prevent it from being compatible.
Stock Features
The Albatross-IGS comes stock with 2x320K storage, 2x320K ammo bays, Advanced warp drive (60 light year), Heavy shield + 8 small shield parts and 4 medium shield parts, 6 positron turrets, 7 rocket turrets, 3 minigun turrets, 4 laser cannons, full med bay, armor locker and repair, small landing pad, 2 passenger seats, some additional storage boxes, and front/sides/top entry, 1 advanced constructor.
Upgrade options
The Albatross has locations to add up to 6 quantum/auxillary cores, 2 additional medium shield parts (Recommended to add 2 additional medium shield banks which will bring the shield to 60K), locations to add to large forward thrusters, location to add a teleporter (assign to teleporter control), 3 additional constructors/deconstructors, and of course replace turrets with higher tier versions. The ship is set up to add these parts without needing additional generators installed. These parts were removed from the build to keep it CPU core 9 (RE) at 2.1 million CPU.
Offense and defense
The hull is built with carbon substrate and the interior is built with carbon substrate and container extensions. The ship does have a few hardened steel blocks in the rear of the ship to help protect it’s engineering areas a bit. It comes with 8 small shield parts, and 4 medium shield parts bringing the stock shield strength to 30K. If 2 additional medium shield banks are added the shield can go up to 60K. It also comes with 6 positron, 7 rocket, and 4 minigun turrets + 4 laser canons. It is a shield dependent combat ship meaning to not engage targets while the shield is down.
