Description:

Backstory:
The Trekker DV8 Hornet was created in a last ditch marketing ploy by Trekker Motors, who, having heavily relied on the sales of their now outdated Luxe car line, were facing bankruptcy. Designed by the handful of engineers Trekker had left, the Hornet was relatively slow, even by the time periods standards, clocking in at just 105 mph (169 kph). However, to counter this flaw, it was designed to be incredibly stable, and was capable of taking most turns at high speeds without needing to brake. In the end, the Hornet would be a much-needed success for Trekker, placing in 488 out of the 510 races it would compete in, all the while being used to showcase the stability and reliability of Trekker made vehicles.
