After weeks of planing and design my first upload to the workshop was ready.

It was an original design loosely based on the Fort McHenry National Monument Visitor and Education Center in Baltimore Maryland.

This is a large office building with no computers. I might change this depending on comments. It might let people place more modern computers then what I currently have in this game play.

Every floor should be 400 lighting and 200 environment. I will troubleshoot and update as I play. Large office spaces have space for up to 16 staff and 1 leader, small offices spaces have room for about 8-9 staff and 1 leader. Each office space has their own meeting room, staff room, bathroom and private leader office. Each floor other then the penthouse offices have elevator access to ground floor and easy access to the canteen.

The building has no heating or cooling as that was housed in an adjacent building that also contained my printing and distribution center.

The basement was not included as my server rooms were ridiculously large, as might yours be, and you might want to keep them if you decide to use this building.

In the screenshots you see Letter Signs mod but I don’t think its in the blueprint. I will double check and update asap 🙂

First though the fifth floor are almost exactly the same containing 2 large and 2 small office spaces.

Sixth floor only has 2 large offices

Seventh floor has access to the helicopter landing pad and the penthouse 8th floor office space.
