These soldiers are protected by the Interstellar Defense Force Non-Combatant Protection Law, which is shown by their blue marks on the armour. They have a revolver in cases where self defense is needed, and are also equipped with a blood-revival serum mix syringe. Their main weapon is an up-sized reconstructor.
