Returning to the old
Restores the 1.2 mechanics of Neuroquake for 1.3 (Now updated for 1.4).
Now you can cheese it again, or use it as an overpowered, last resort nuclear option! Note that the description for Neuroquake will not change, but it will still function as intended.
