Alfredo’s Expanded Factions: Holy Nation Outlaws
This is the first of my mods in what I hope to be a series of expanded vanilla factions. This mod revamps the Holy Nation Outlaws faction, transformming them from a group of homeless criminals to a ragtag rebel army.
This mod adds new soldiers to the Holy Nation Outlaws, as well as guards and shopkeepers. It also revamps the Hub and adds a new town called the Rebel Fort, where the leader of the Outlaws, Luma the Dog, lives. There are also a few smaller outposts littered around the world where the rebels live.
This new and improved Holy Nation Outlaws faction allows the player to join, fight, or interact with them. They may join the faction by talking to Luma the Dog, or kill her and her soldiers for bounty money,
