Mercanaries Reloaded
This is an effort to restore traits to mercenaries that they have had in the past, and help improve the functionality of lesser used mercs whilst strictly adhering to balance and the lore of the game. With things like starting perk changes the goal is not to make every merc start with the most overpowered and optimal perk but to make their starting perks reflect the goal of their kit.
