Travel Speed Fix
Fix Travel Speed Influence of high Leadership (=LDR). In Vanilla LDR is not balanced and the Travel Speed has a total range of 500% (and 400% between 25 LDR and 100 LDR).
Example in Vanilla:
25 LDR → 12h
40 LDR → 10h 12m
57 LDR → 8h 10m
71 LDR → 6h 30m
91 LDR → 4h 06m
100 LDR → 3h
Now with Mod the range is around 180% between 25 LDR and 100 LDR. Also, the Speed Bonus that is shown in Sector Map is correct now.
Example with Mod in FAST MODE
25 LDR → 5h 28m
40 LDR → 4h 42m
57 LDR → 4h 04m
71 LDR → 3h 40m
91 LDR → 3h 12m
100 LDR → 3h
Example with Mod in NORMAL MODE (=default)
25 LDR → 8h
40 LDR → 7h 18m
57 LDR → 6h 36m
71 LDR → 6h 08m
91 LDR → 5h 34m
100 LDR → 5h 20m
Example with Mod in HARD MODE
25 LDR → 12h
40 LDR → 10h 28m
57 LDR → 9h 06m

Especially the highest LDR values are more balanced now
You can select your prefered Mode and Display Type for Squad Speed in "Options -> Mod Options"
