Edits character starting items to give a stronger start without being too overpowered. Each character has items suited towards their playstyle and backstory.
Isaac: Trinket – NO! (Synergizes with D6)
Magdalene: Mom’s Lipstick, Guardian Angel
Cain: PHD (To simulate the playstyle of oldschool Cain)
Judas: Judas’ Shadow
???: Forever Alone, Fate’s Reward
Eve: Empty Vessel, Trinket: Black Lipstick
Samson: Lusty Blood (Once again, oldschool Samson)
Azazel: Pentagram, Safety Pin
Lazarus: Card – Suicide King (Let’s face it, the first thing you are going to do is kill yourself anyways)
Eden: Mystery Sack (Completely Random)
The Lost: Torn Photo, Sworn Protector, The Soul (All seem to fit his lore nicely)
Lilith: The Battery, Immaculate Conception
The Keeper: Greed’s Gullet (Works very well with him)
Apollyon: Lord of the Pit (He starts with wings and is literally named for "the angel of the bottomless pit")
