Owner of Hub – a town takeover mod
This mod is for those that want to take over the town of Hub and make it their own base.
Note: Requires Importing your save
It adds a new faction, Holy Nation Renegades, whose leader – Kaiho of The Hub – can ask for a patronage of 150,000 cats to give you power over the land.
Important Note: This option will not be available until you are an enemy of the Holy Nation.
This will allow you to ask them to leave for good or let them stay, and they will come by every now and then to guard the town. Or you can just shoot his offer down and never get the chance again – it is up to you.
You will need to leave the area and come back to reload the town with your ownership updated. None of the squater NPCs will be there. Bar squads and visitorrs will stay in their own factions.
