Description:

Adds 7 points to heroes except 6 for casters and 4 for dignitaries (Death Hag, Fleet Captain, Handmaiden, Balefiend, Warrior Priest, Vampire).

Adds 25 points to all lords (+1 at L2, L5, L10, L15, L20 and above).

Unlocks some lord and agent skills. Affected lords and heroes:

Dark Elves: Malekith, Morathi, Khainite Assassin, Death Hag
High Elves: Tyrion (except for dedications), Alarielle, Noble, Handmaiden
Lizardmen: Kroq-Gar’s (dedications)
Vampire Counts: Blood Knight, Strigoi (both awakened)

Modified tables: character_experience_skill_tiers_tables; character_skill_nodes_skill_locks_tables.
