Interest Groups Flavor+Better Politics Mod
-Added different traits to the devote interest groups for each religion, simulating the ideas of those religions.
-Made specific interest groups and traits for China, Papal States, East India Company, Congo. Modified the interest groups of landowners in Muslim countries. Rural populations of all colonial countries get expansionist traits, not limited to a few countries of the original version.
-Fixes the events of the dissolution of the Central American Federation, where the Central American Federation of Chiapas will be handed over to Guatemala, and the interest groups of the separated countries will correctly acquire the Caudilloism ideology.
-Added Bismarckian traits to Bismarck to make him seem less awkward.
-Adjusted the starting laws of some countries.
-Civil War created countries will inherit IG names and ideologies correctly.
The reason for making this mod was that I saw that Paradox had a lot of unused interest group names and intro text, so I made it myself.
