Description:

UPDATED:

• AI will adopt only if they’re childless with higher chances if celibate.
• AI can disinherit now, but only if they have -100 opinion with successor and foes (rivals or committed crime) with them too.

Has game rule to disable AI adoption, which is default.
Overall chances of adoption/disinheritance are pretty small: ~1%.

Adds decisions to:

• adopt orphaned children from your court, if they accept your proposal
• disinherit any of your children or close relatives from the succession
