Add a belt version of the "OMO’S ARMOUR for the World" headgear created by OMOCHI.
Please use it under the original mod.

– Added Belt version of Headgear.
– It has no performance as a protective gear. Weather protection and skill bonuses are retained for special features.
– Belt equipment and blueprints available in the store.
– With the Black Scratch Library, the blueprint is 100% set.
