The elite civil guardian is a civil guardian who has been promoted to an officer rank of squad leader, patrol leader, or field officer. They typically command patrol squads of 6 or more, or building raids, or they can just… boss around the lower ranking civil guardians. They are given a beautifully made custom USP Match and an en-lengthened sub-machine gun.
