Starving Bandit Tweaks
Makes Starving Bandits Less likely to target you (they’ll ignore you if your starving yourself and/or your relations with them is greater than or equal to -9 (since technically speaking they are only SUPPOSED to be codified to attack at -10 and below, i bought the dialog to match :/)
Also Adds /small/ bounties to all starving bandits in the Shek Kingdom, if you can manage to haul them in. (between 50 – 150 for Normal Bandits, between 250 – 750 for leaders)
