Manual Gearbox
A car featuring a Manual gearbox for a more realistic driving experience. Controls can be rebind in the options. Feel free to copy and edit the xml files.
If you wish to create your custom manual car, you need to set the following tags:
target=XXX — XXX being the rpm giving the best power output
hp=XXX — XXX being the horsepower
gear_1=XX — XX being a gear ratio. Up to 20 gears (gear_1, gear_2, gear_3, …)
You can also add the tag "automatic" which uses my gearing system but with an automated gearbox.
It is recommended to set the topspeed parameter to "target * wheelRadius * 0.47". Wheel radius on the featured cars is 0.35.
